As an owner of a well established business I am all for some infrastructure as it can benefit business but this light rail is a small business killer. Also taking away beach parking, costing billions of dollars and doesn’t benefit the majority of residents. Stage 3 has started and already hundreds of businesses and thousands of residents are suffering which has an effect on the rest of our city. Will it be all worth the pain?? I don’t think so.
